Operation Boulder
Description
Declassified documents from 1974 of Operation Boulder, which monitored Arabs and Iranians through illegal surveillance, harassment, and additional scrutiny and restrictions for student visas, resulting in political intimidation through the fear of deportation and incarceration. Operation Boulder processed over 150,000 people.
