Description
Lillian Fabros, the daughter of Filipino immigrants, grew up working the fields in Salinas. She gained a social consciousness from these experiences and at UC Berkeley, joined the Asian American Political Alliance, protested the Vietnam War, and participated in the TWLF strike.
